The time has been fairly productive. Since I have completed most of the complete motifs now, those remaining are replicas of something I have already done. I don’t have to figure out what I want to do, merely repeat what I have done before. At the moment that is quite relaxing.

I like the way the gold lines flow through the design. From the beginning I intended to feature them so I am pleased that it appears to be working out that way.

It's looking good. Deciding what to do must be the hardest part.You've managed more stitching time that me - just 30 minutes this week.
Our family has a tradition of catching colds or having something else interfere. I always hope to get plenty done, but like you, the time just melts away. The trick is to make good use of such time as you can scrape together..
Wow, that's an incredible piece of work!! I've been the same, I've managed about an hour of embroidery and a few rows of crochet in the last week!

LIke you, I always have dreams of stitching over Christmas. Maybe when I'm old and no longer the baker, decorator and party maker.
